This 1,420.169 plot is located along the Yalbac Road, approximately 5 Kilometers West of Valley of Peace Village. The main Road from the Western Highway is an all-weather gravel road and is in good condition.

In general, land use is primarily of an Agricultural nature. Activities include livestock rearing and the cultivation of annual crops such as corn and beans. The area also produces vegetables that are supplied to the local markets of San Ignacio and Belmopan.
