You can search for property from the home page, or use the menu bar to view For Sale, For Rent or Featured Properties. To specify your parameters, click on the filter button and choose your criteria. To save your parameters, click the “Save Search” button on the right. You’ll be prompted to name your search.

To search using the Home Page

  1. Check the type of property you are interested in viewing
  2. Choose the location
  3. Select your status: For Rent or For Sale
  4. Click search
 

To search using Menu Bar

  1. Select your status: For Rent or For Sale or search Featured Properties
  2. Select the type of property you are interested in viewing (Apartment/Condominiums, Business, Commercial, House, Lots/Land or Room).
  3. Next, specify your parameters and choose your criteria.
  4. Then, click search

If you wish to share a property with a friend or family, click on Share this on the property page.

If you wish to favorite a home and save it to your profile, click the heart icon. These homes will be saved and can be viewed in your Property Wishlist section of your profile.

Yes, you can create Saved searches on Milon Realty & Development.

To saved searches

  1. Log into your Milon Realty & Development profile. If you don’t have one, you can register for a free account here.
  2. Click on For Rent or For Sale or search Featured Properties
  3. Select the listing type Apartment/Condominiums, Business, Commercial, House, Lots/Land or Room
  4. Customize your search by using the filters for Listing location, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Size, Price and any special Features that may have interested you.
  5. Then, click search
 

To view you saved searches

  1. Login to your user dashboard
  2. Click Saved searches
  3. Click on the chain link to view

If you wish to send the listing provider a message click on Inquire About Property and fill out the message box.

Membership

We offer three types of user accounts – Owner/buyer, Agency and Agent.

An Owner/Buyer account is used for home shoppers and individuals looking to sell or rent their own property. Sign up

An Agency profile is design for brokers and real estate developers looking to keep track of their organization’s listings and agents. Agencies can add their Agents and link them to their Agency profile. Sign up

An Agent profile is generally created by an agency for their agents.

 

Only an Agency is allowed to add an agent to their firm.

To add agent,

  1. Click on Add Agent in your profile
  2. Fill out the agent form and provide agent with a temporary password

Unfortunately, there is no option for an agent to add himself or herself to agency. Only agencies can add agents to their agency.

The button to add agent is available in the User Dashboard when you create an agency profile:

To remove an agent from your agency please contact us.

To edit your profile information, log into your dashboard and click Edit Profile.

We offer four types of packages. Our Bronze and Silver packages are mostly used by individuals who wish to list their own properties for rent or for sale. The Gold and Diamond are normally used by real estate professionals.

Each plan is designed with a number of Listings and Featured the user can create with the pricing package, and Duration (in months) the property listings will be visible on Home 4 Good once they are published.

Listings

How to add a property for sale or rent?

Log-in to your user dashboard
Click Add Property and fill out the form as shown below:
Property Title – Input a name for the property
Property ID – Input a unique ID for the property.
Property Status – Select For Rent or For Sale. (Once your property is rented or sold, edit property to Sold).

 

Property Features – Select any special features your property has to offer
Property District – Select District your property is located
Property Area – Select both the town/village and District your property is located
Property Tag – Select any special key word(s) that represent your property.

 

Description – Tell the viewers about your property and why they should take a look at it.
Price – Input a price for the property, whether you are renting or two
Price Label – Leave blank
Price Label Position – Keep as default.
Size – Input the size of the property.
Size Label – Leave blank
Size Label Position – Keep as default.

 

Bedrooms – Input the number of bedrooms.
Bathroom – Input the number of bathrooms.
Total Floors – Input how many floors the whole building has.
Year Build – Input the year the property was built. For land, input the current year
Cooling – Input whether the property has air condition, ceiling fan or both (A/C & Fan).
Accommodation – select the type of accommodation (furnished or unfurnished).
Ceiling Height – Input the height of the ceiling in feet (ft)

 

Garage Parking – Specify whether the property has garage parking (yes or no).
Area Size – Input the size of the area on which the property is located on (Length x Width).
Lot Size – Input the size of the lot size of the property (ex. 100 x 100 ft)
Publication Date – Input the publication date of the property listing.
Featured Property – Set this option to “Yes” if you would like to mark this property as featured.

 

The Leasing terms section is design for Landlords only.

  • Deposit – Input how much is the required deposit
  • Payment Period – Input how often is rent due: Weekly, Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly
  • Minimum lease term – Input the minimum amount of time you plan on leasing (renting) your property: 3 months, 6 months or 12 months
  • Allow Pet – Input if you allow pets and what kind of pets
  • Habitable – Input when your property is ready for move-in (Immediately, 2 weeks or May 15th)

Full Address – Input the full address of the property.

 

Featured Image – upload a featured image that will be shown when this property is displayed
Gallery Images – Upload images of the property you would like viewers to see when visiting your property.
Click, Create Property to submit your listing

To update or make changes to your exiting listing, click on My Properties tab in the user dashboard and choose the property you wish to update.

Yes, long as your package is active, you are able to list your property for sale and for rent by checking the boxes under Property Status.

To remove your listing, click on My Properties tab in the user dashboard and choose the property you which to delete.

If your package has expired, your listing will no longer be visual to shoppers. The listings you created while your package was active should remain intact after the package expires for 30 days. You will still have access to your account, you just won’t be able to add new listings. If you which to keep you listing active or want to add more listings after your package has expired, you just need to purchase a new one. Buy Package

A property page is considered an active listing on Milon Realty & Development that displays property data, including price, number of Bedroom, Bathroom, property size, lot size, location, listing provider contact and a description of the property

A featured listing is a property an owner or agent deems to have distinctive attributes and consider to be highly favored.

Yes. You can change your feature property by clicking on My Properties tab in the dashboard and choose the property you which to update.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of listings on our platform. As a result, all listings will go through our listing verification process. Each listing draft will be reviewed and verified by our team before it is posted on Milon Realty & Development.

  • How long does it take to post? It can take up to 48 hours for your listing to go through our verification process. Our verification team may contact you by phone to ask you a few verification questions before your listing is posted.
  • Can I expedite the verification process? Currently, there isn’t a way to expedite your listing through our verification process.
  • What happens if I missed the verification call? If you missed the verification call, our verification team will attempt to call back the next day.

Report a Listing

To report a listing that is no longer available please contact us and provide the Property Name and Property ID

To report a fraudulent listing please contact us and provide the Property Name and Property ID
